    I am honored you have chosen my therapy practice to receive mental health treatment. The first step – asking for help, is usually the hardest. The second hardest is knowing what to talk about in your first session. I can help you with that. During the first session, I may ask several questions to get to know you better. You may share with me what you want to focus on during our therapy sessions and we work together to create an action plan to move forward.
