What is Values-Based Living?
Values-based living means making decisions and setting goals that reflect your deepest beliefs and priorities. It's not about living by society's rules, your family's expectations, or your internal critic's demands.
Instead, it’s about identifying what matters most to you — and shaping your life in ways that honor your values.
When we women live according to our values, we feel more fulfilled, grounded, and resilient—even when life throws us curveballs. This coaching program starts here: with helping you uncover your core values and translate them into actionable intentions.
The Eight Life Spaces Framework
The Whole Life Wellness Coaching Program uses a holistic model to assess and nurture eight interconnected life areas. Each domain offers insights into how you’re currently living and where there may be misalignment with your values. Together, these dimensions form a complete picture of your overall wellness.
1. Mental Health
Your emotional and psychological well-being are fundamental to every other aspect of life. Together, we explore patterns of thought, emotional regulation, stress management, and the stories you tell yourself.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, low self-worth, or seeking to strengthen emotional resilience, this space provides tools and support for building a grounded and present inner life.
2. Physical Health
This domain addresses how you care for your body—through movement, nutrition, sleep, and preventative care. You don’t need to train for a marathon or follow extreme diets. Instead, we focus on what vitality and balance look like for you.
Together, we create a wellness plan that aligns with your values and respects your current circumstances, abilities, and goals.
3. Finances

Money can be a source of empowerment or stress. In this space, we look beyond budgeting and income toward your relationship with money—how it reflects your values, influences your decisions, and affects your sense of security and freedom.
Coaching may involve clarifying financial goals, addressing limiting beliefs, and building healthy habits that support long-term financial wellness to include housing, transportation, and access to disposable income.
4. Community
Humans are wired for connection and contribution. Let’s assess your involvement in community—whether it’s local, cultural, professional, or global. We examine how you give and receive support, the quality of your social networks, and the ways you can create a sense of belonging while living in alignment with your principles.
5. Relationships
Your personal relationships—romantic, familial, and friendship—have a profound effect on your well-being. We explore communication patterns, boundaries, attachment styles, and conflict resolution.

The Whole Life Wellness Coaching Program starts with a 1-hour wellness checkup based on individual needs. Each woman receives:
- Initial Wellness Assessment: A detailed intake covering the eight life spaces, current challenges, and key values.
- Personalized Values Discovery Process: Through guided exercises and reflection, you’ll identify your top core values that serve as your “north star.”
- Quarterly One-on-One Coaching Sessions: Focused on setting intentions, overcoming obstacles, and celebrating progress across the eight domains.
- Customized Action Plans: Practical steps designed to help you integrate values-aligned habits and decisions.
- Journaling Prompts and Tools: Resources for reflection, tracking growth, and deepening insights between sessions.
- Annual Progress Reviews: Annual checkpoints help recalibrate goals and celebrate progress across each life area.

Rooted in the wisdom of somatic healing, emotional resilience, and feminine collective support, this healing circle invites you to slow down, soften, and step into a life built around your truth—not your trauma, not your roles, not your obligations.

The She Rises Healing Circle restores this timeless tradition of communal healing. It is a space where women come together to be witnessed, supported, and gently guided back to wholeness through embodied practices, honest conversation, and intentional sisterhood.
Healing doesn’t happen in isolation—it happens in relationship. This circle is a container where transformation is held with tenderness, power, and purpose.
Core Elements of the Circle
🌿 Somatic Healing & Embodiment Practices
Your body remembers everything. Trauma, joy, anxiety, pleasure—it all lives in your cells. Through somatic (body-based) practices such as breathwork, grounding exercises, movement, and stillness, you’ll learn to release stored tension, reconnect with your intuition, and come home to your body as a place of wisdom and safety.
These exercises help you center yourself, especially when life pulls you in too many directions. You’ll begin to notice when you’re abandoning yourself—and learn how to gently return.
🌀 Bi-Weekly Check-Ins
Every two weeks, we gather on Zoom, as a group to reflect, share, and deepen the work together. These live virtual sessions are guided by a trauma-informed facilitator and include:
- Collective grounding and intention setting
- Open-hearted sharing and sacred witnessing
- Group coaching and guided inquiry
- Movement and somatic integration practices
This rhythm of regular check-ins creates consistency and accountability, while allowing space for life to breathe in between.
💗 Self-Care as a Radical Practice
Self-care is more than candles and scented bubble baths—it is the radical act of meeting your needs before the world makes demands of you. In this circle, we explore what real self-care looks like: honoring your boundaries, tending to your nervous system, and choosing nourishment over depletion.
Together, we dismantle the guilt around rest, pleasure, and space—and rebuild new rhythms of care from the inside out.
✨ Centering & Choosing Yourself
Women are often taught to center everyone else: children, partners, bosses, friends. In this circle, we begin the courageous practice of centering ourselves without shame. You’ll learn how to choose yourself—not just in theory, but in action. That might look like saying no, honoring your desires, or simply pausing when you’re overwhelmed.
This is not selfishness—it’s self-honoring. When you center yourself, you create the inner stability that allows you to show up with integrity and presence in every other area of your life.
🤝 Asking for and Receiving Help
Many women have internalized the belief that they must do everything alone. But healing happens when we allow ourselves to be supported. Through guided exercises and compassionate discussion, we’ll explore your relationship with asking for help—and what gets in the way of receiving it.
You’ll practice speaking your needs and learn how to receive with grace, trust, and openness. Vulnerability becomes your strength, not your shame.
💞 Accepting and Receiving Love
Love is not something you must earn—it is your birthright. Yet many women have learned to close off, deflect compliments, or push love away out of fear, trauma, or conditioning. In this circle, we explore how to reopen your heart, soften protective walls, and let love in—first from yourself, then from others.
This isn’t about romantic love alone—it’s about deep, soul-level nourishment: connection, kindness, intimacy, and care. You are worthy of it all.
🔄 De-Centering Work as Your Identity
Work is often glorified, especially for women proving their worth through productivity and achievement. But we are not what we do. You are more than your job title, your output, or your hustle.
In this circle, we challenge the culture of overwork and explore new narratives that de-center work as your primary identity. We guide you in rediscovering who you are beyond your career, and what it means to rest, play, and be enough—just as you are.

Ultimately, the circle leads you back to choice. What kind of life do you want to live? What would it look like to build a life based not on fear, duty, or default—but on desire, joy, and alignment?
You’ll be guided through visioning practices, values alignment, and intentional goal setting to help you create a life you love—from the inside out.
