All coaching sessions are scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays.

Therapy versus Coaching
Therapy:
Therapy can help you work through life problems with the goal of living a happier, healthier, and more productive life by applying scientifically validated interventions. Because I am a trauma-informed therapist, I often spend time discussing your childhood, past relationships, and experiences.
By the time you decide to end therapy, you will not only have solved the problem that brought you to therapy, but you will have learned new skills so you can better cope with whatever challenges life throws your way in the future.
Coaching:
Coaching sessions are focused on personal growth and involve exploring values and beliefs, setting goals, identifying obstacles and challenges, and developing strategies to overcome whatever is holding you back from creating a life you love.
During a life coaching session, I will ask you to reflect on your life and consider what changes you want to make. We will create a plan of action, and I will provide ongoing support and accountability as you take action steps towards achieving your goals.
How much does coaching cost?
Coaching sessions are 215.00 USD for 60-minute video or phone sessions.
Fees are collected via debit card or credit card on the Ivy Pay app.
